Kou Amatsuka (天塚 汞 Amatsuka Kō) is an antagonist in the Strike the Blood series. He is a homunculus alchemist who was Nina Adelard's apprentice. He wishes to become human by reviving Wiseman who promised to restore his body in exchange.
Appearance[]
Kou wears a white suit with a red checkered hat and gloves.
He looked like a lithe young man. He wore a pure white coat with a red shirt, and both his tie and hat sported a red-and-white checkered pattern, and in his left hand, he carried a silver cane with a skull engraved onto the handle. Overall, he had the air of a shady stage magician.[1]

Prior, Kou was Nina Adelard's apprentice.

Powers and Abilities[]
Black Core: Kou's power sources from a black crystal like core at his chest and until it is not destroyed, he is immortal.
Alchemy: Kou can transform and flexibly manipulate parts of his body, usually his hands, into metallic substances such as mercury slime or solid iron, such as a knife, forms.
Absorption: Kou can ceaselessly regenerate himself even if he is destroyed.
